Final Update: August 18, 2021

Welcome.
Welcome to NvirWorld! Nvirworld is a decentralized application and digital art marketplace operated on the Ethereum blockchain that has been launched by Wannabe International Co.
By subscribing to the Platform (hereinafter “Service”) operated by NvirWorld (hereinafter “Nvir”) or by using and accessing the “Service” in a different way, the user (hereinafter “Member”) has read this PLC and acknowledges that he/she agrees. Privacy policies and all additional policies, guidelines, and rules specified in the “Service” are incorporated into this policy by reference, which the “Member” explicitly agrees to and acknowledges.

This user policy (this “Policy”) applies to your access and use of the “Service” website. It includes, but is not limited to, the creation, purchase, sale, exchange, or modification of a particular digital asset, software provided in relation to the company's Online and/or Mobile service, and these “Services”. This service also allows you to sell and purchase crypto assets (defined below) through auction (“Auction”). You must connect a digital wallet called MetaMask (https://metamask.io/) to participate in the “Auction”. MetaMask is an electronic wallet that you can purchase, store, and participate in transactions using the Ethereum cryptocurrency. Before you raise your own digital assets for “Auction” or make suggestions to purchase your own digital assets from other users, download the supported e-wallet extensions and the extension will ask you to connect and unlock your digital wallet. When you submit an order to sell or purchase your own digital assets, your order will be forwarded to the appropriate extension to complete the transaction on your behalf.
All transactions initiated through the company “Service” are facilitated and executed by a third-party electronic wallet extension program. By using the company’s “Service”, you agree to the service and privacy conditions that apply. For METAMASK, these conditions are available at (https://metamask.io/terms.html) and (https://metamask.io/privacy.html). Conditions and terms of other digital wallet used by “Member” are available on relevant homepages

The “Service” is a platform. We are not brokers, financial institutions, or creditors. The Service” is for management platforms only. The “Service” facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers at “Auction” and is not a party to the contract between the buyer and the seller of the crypto asset or the user.
You are fully responsible for verifying the identification, legality, and authenticity of the asset you purchased through the “Service”. The “Service” makes no claim to the identity, legitimacy, or authenticity of assets on the platform.
Because more and more services are provided, you may need to describe additional terms for a particular service.
This utilization policy is important and affects your legal rights, so read it carefully. This is to inform you that the terms include an arbitration agreement. There are limited exceptions to the arbitration agreement, but disputes between the company are binding and must be submitted to final arbitration. Unless you withdraw from the arbitration agreement, (1) You are not a plaintiff or a member of a group in a lawsuit or suit and you are only allowed to pursue and remedy claims for the company individually. (2) You agree to the individual arbitration required for dispute resolution and waive your right to a jury trial on your claim. Read section 15 carefully.
“Nvir” reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time at its sole discretion. When making changes to this policy, we will send an email notification or provide notifications via the service or notify you of any changes at the beginning of this policy, such as updating the “Final Update” date. By continuing to access or use the "Service", you acknowledge by reference that you accept the modified policy and all the inclusive conditions. When accessing the “Service” or using the "Service", we recommend that you review this policy frequently to understand the User policy that applies. If you don't agree with the revised policy, then you will not have access to the "Service" for use.

Article 19 (Termination)
Notwithstanding what is included in this policy, “Nvir” reserves the right to terminate your right to access or use the "Service" at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. If the company does so, you shall be responsible or obligated to your own, and you will not be eligible to the refund of the amount already you paid to the company to the maximum extent permitted by relevant law.

Article 20 (Other Matters)
This policy, in conjunction with the “Auction” rules, forms a complete agreement between you and “Nvir” regarding the access and use of the "Service" and content, and participation in “Auction”. You cannot transfer rights and licenses granted in this policy without the prior written consent of “Nvir” in previous, simultaneous, or subsequent circumstances. Failure by “Nvir” to assert any rights or provisions under this policy does not constitute a waiver. Except as otherwise provided here, this policy is for the benefit of the parties only and is not intended to grant beneficiary rights to other people or third-party organizations.
