Who pays the gas fees?

Usually, gas fees occur when you cancel or lower the price of your listing on the Ethereum Blockchain BUT on NvirWorld there is no gas fees when you cancel or lower the price of your listing!

Furthermore, gas fees are incurred only when the final transaction is confirmed.
Here is how it works:
If the selling price is under 1ETH the Seller needs to pay the gas fees.
If the selling price is higher than 1ETH, NvirWorld will pay the gas fees.
The buyer will not pay any gas fees in any case.

NvirWorld uses the Layer 2 solution which lowers drastically all gas fees.
